@mrwisley On a hunch, I just ordered the 28 day program... Am intrigued. During this Covid-19, I hope 2reduce my weight to where I was since the pandemic started... crossing my fingers. This whole teaching remotely has gotten me to question, Why?'s due to parents' harsh criticism (bullied)

A. What is Keto? What does it do to the body?
B. Can a doctor prescribe you to this program?

@RitaWirtz OMGoodness! I still have this book. Although it is falling apart, I continue to read this to my 1sties annually during Read Across America👏🏼🤩💕 I have it on my "Special Teacher Choice" shelf in the classroom (it's even got pen marks & is torn). This is one of my favorite books!
