This took us down for 3-4 hours last month, not 30 min… Notified after it started and had to restart services to bring it back manually.

A month or so before this there was an issue moving to Metal and then there was another time later last year something was reset for us and caused issues.

We’re a travel company so dashboard going down and travelers not being able to see trip confirmations etc is not great :)
