The meats today at @roegelsbarbecue in Houston were unbelievably good. Perfect brisket, tender ribs, flavorful sausages, and this was just scratching the surface. More fun BBQ bites from Houston coming soon.

Sad to hear this news out of San Antonio. After my first visit they chased me down in the parking lot to hand me a smoked brisket hot dog through my driver side window. It was glorious. I went back the next day.
