@DrHannahBB Ikea do some good freezer bags. Definitely freeze in dish/tupperware then break it out to store in bags

@Tesco is this quantity of fat acceptable in this dish? Nearly 40g of fat when cooked that had to be cut off before serving (I know we're slightly past use by date - the poor fridge management was my fault at home)
