Dear Member, notice issued by the B-BBEE ICT Sector Council today, 14 December 2020. The requirement for B-BBEE Rating Agencies to confirm proof of payment on the ICT Sector Council Private Contribution Model Fees as per the ICT Council, 07 May 2020, letter is removed.

Therefore, the ICT Measured Entity shall confirm proof of payment to the B-BBEE ICT Sector Council. In the event that the ICT Measured Entity does not comply with Notice 408 of 2015, the B-BBEE ICT Sector Council’s Collection Policy shall apply.
