That’s disrespectful, because it frames ordinary interactions with women through a sexual lens instead of allowing women to exist as normal human beings, just like your own brother standing next to you. A handshake is a basic social gesture, not inherently sexual
Wdym young girls aren’t allowed to study because they wear a hijab?
Wasn’t it enough to fight extremists who denied them education, only to face societies that reject them because they wear a hijab?
hijab or no hijab, forcing women to cover and forcing them to uncover are two sides of the same coin. both violate bodily autonomy, strip women's right to choose. it's control disguised as morality and liberation. a woman’s body is not a battleground for anyone’s ideology.
This is a good example of how casual grooming can be in the blck community he couldn’t wait to tell the child who she was and she stopped him, if this was his little brother or cousin he would’ve finished his sentences and showed or told them too look up her porn. She even says he is too young ! and he replies that’s when I “started” he was perfectly okay with robbing some random child’s innocence under the guise of masculinity.
Has it’s ever occurred to you that places that have fewer rights for women are not accurately counting female suicides? Do you believe Saudi Arabia when they say there is zero rape? Iran when they say there are zero gays? Let’s use our thinking caps
In 1939, 20-year-old Jesse Lee Bond was lynched in Tennessee after asking a store for a receipt. More than eight decades later, his great-granddaughter, Kyra Harris Bolden, made history at just 34 years old as the first Black woman to serve on the Michigan Supreme Court.
On mere suspicion of his wife having an affair, he slit the throats of his twin daughters. But left his son alive. A man’s wounded ego was apparently worth more than two innocent girls’ lives.
This is how misogyny kills women.
@AfricanJesu France is so greedy and has one of the harshest colonization program in the block. They bleed those African countries dry. It could have been a mutually beneficial transaction. They didn't built those countries not one world class infrastructure, hospital or university.
I was raped at 18 by a male friend. We smoked weed and drank. I was stuck to the couch and couldn’t physically move from being so fucked up. He climbed on top and I said no multiple times. I just graduated high school. There was no fighting him off. This was my friend. He didn’t care that I told him no. He took advantage and then raped me. Rape is fucking rape.
After that day, I refused to allow myself to be alone intoxicated around men. No matter where I am, if I’m not aware and conscious of my surroundings, I do not feel safe. I don’t feel safe around men because I couldn’t even trust my own friend enough not to rape me. This is not how women should live day to day. It’s wrong.
