📜아홉의 드라마·웹툰 OST 참여 무산에 대한 팬베이스 연합의 입장문

안녕하십니까.

아홉의 팬베이스 연합입니다.

우선, 드라마 <사랑이 온다> OST 및 웹툰 <내가 죽는이유>의 OST에 아홉이 참여할 기회를 만들어주기위해 열심히 투표해주신 포하 여러분께 깊은 감사의 말씀을 드립니다.

포하들은 아홉에게 OST 참여 기회를 만들어주기위해 막대한 시간과 비용을 들여 투표에 참여했으며, 그 결과 아홉은 두 OST 투표에서 모두 최종 1위를 차지했습니다.

그러나 오늘 리매치 측으로부터전달받은 내용에 따르면, 소속사 F&F는 아홉이 앨범을 발매한 지 3주밖에 지나지 않아 현재 홍보 일정이 매우 바쁘고, OST 녹음이 멤버들에게 부담이 될 수 있다는 이유로 참여가 어렵다는 입장을 밝혔다고 합니다.
이에 대해 저희는 강한 유감과 실망을 표합니다.

이번 OST 참여 기회는 아홉의 가창력과 이름을 더 많은 대중에게 알릴 수 있는 소중한 기회라고 판단하여 수많은 포하들이 적극적으로 투표에 참여했으며, 팬덤 차원에서도 막대한 자원과 시간, 에너지를 투입했습니다.

저희는 아홉의 OST 참여를 위해서 소속사가 일정 조정을 위해 충분히 노력했는지묻고 싶습니다.
만약 충분한 협의와 대안 검토 없이 단순히 “스케줄상 어렵다”는이유만으로 참여를 포기한 것이라면, 팬들로서는 이를 납득하기 어렵습니다.

현재 아홉이 미니 3집 앨범 홍보 활동 중이며, 멤버들의 건강과 휴식이 무엇보다 중요하다는 점은 팬들 역시 충분히 이해하고 있습니다. 그러나 소속사의 역할은 중요한 외부 활동 기회를 곧바로 포기하는 것이 아니라, 멤버들의 건강을 보호하는 범위 안에서 가능한 일정을 검토하고 조정하며 최선의 방안을 찾는 것입니다.

팬들은 소속사가 이번 OST 참여가 가진 장기적인 홍보 가치와 의미를 충분히 고려했는지 의문을 제기합니다. 팬들의 노력으로 확보된 기회가 수익성이나 즉각적인 실익이 크지 않다는 판단 아래 소극적으로 처리된 것은 아닌지 우려하지 않을 수 없습니다.

이에 소속사에 다음 사항에 대한 답변을 요청합니다.

1. OST 참여 제안을 전달받은 정확한 시점
2. OST 제작사 측과 녹음 일정 조정을 위해 실제로 논의한 사실이 있는지 여부
3. 최종적으로 참여가 어렵다고 판단한 구체적인 이유
4. 팬들의 투표로 확보한 기회를 무산시킨 상황에 대해 소속사가 어떠한 책임 있는 조치를 취할 것인지

이번 사안은 단순히 OST 두 곡의 참여 여부에만 그치는 문제가 아닙니다.
팬들이 시간과 비용을 들여 만들어낸 결과를 소속사가 얼마나 중요하게 받아들이고 있는지, 그리고 아홉의 활동 기회를 얼마나 적극적으로 확보하고 추진하려는 의지가 있는지를 보여주는 문제입니다.

팬들의 헌신을 당연하게 여기면서, 정작 그 노력으로 만들어진 기회를 팬들에게 충분한 설명조차 없이 쉽게 포기해서는 안 됩니다. 팬들의 노력은 소속사가 필요할 때만 이용할 수 있는 무조건적인 자원이 아닙니다.

소속사는 또다시 침묵으로 이번 사안을 넘기지 마시고, 구체적인 사실관계와 협의 과정을 팬들에게 투명하게 공개해 주시기 바랍니다.

또한 아직 일정 조정의 가능성이 조금이라도 남아 있다면, 두 OST 참여가 성사될 수 있도록 즉시 제작사 측과 재협의할 것을 강력히 요청합니다.

아홉의 이름과 음악을 대중에게 알리고 더 많은 활동 기회를 확보하기 위한 노력은 소속사가 반드시 수행해야 할 기본적인 역할입니다.
팬들의 신뢰가 더이상 훼손되지 않도록, 책임 있는 답변과 실질적인 조치를 촉구합니다.
만약 소속사의 제대로 된 설명이 없는 경우, 팬베이스 연합에서는 투표 참여 거부. 팬베이스 활동 중단 등의 조치를 취할 예정입니다.

We are calling out Publicity Asia for conduct that falls far below the standards expected of a public relations agency.

Publicity Asia is company entrusted to promote and manage the public image of artists, events, and brands. With this comes a responsibility to maintain professionalism and respect. Unfortunately they chose to engage with a comment that mocked one of the artists. A respectable client. Every word and even emojis from an account handled by someone who directly works with the artists can influence public perception. Each interaction, big or small, can easily be interpreted in ways different from the original intentions.

Instead of moderating the hateful remark on the promotional clip posted on Instagram, your reply gave an unfortunate impression that acknowledging and encourages this behavior. This only fueled unnecessary negativity toward an artist. Rather than de-escalating the situation or maintaining neutrality, your reply however simple amplified ridicule and hostility in a safe environment.

As a supposedly top PR agency in the Philippines with a public platform, kindly remember the responsibility that comes with every single interaction in your comment section. Every response sends a message to your audience. Engaging with questionable comments can unintentionally enable their behavior.

This is not the level of accountability or integrity that fans, clients, and the public should expect from a public relations agency.

We urge Publicity Asia (@publicityasiax) to do the following:
· Acknowledge the harm caused
· Take responsibility for its actions
· Issue a sincere public apology.

Accountability is a priority. Even more so for an organization whose work centers on shaping public perception and representing others.

To @IAMWORLDWIDE_PH, we hope you carefully consider the standards demonstrated by the agencies you choose to collaborate with. They also reflect on your brand and the values you claim to represent.

To @fnfent_official, your artists deserve partners who uphold professionalism, integrity, and respect in every interaction. We hope future collaborations reflect those same standards.
