my fave safe food ice cream alternative:

slice up a banana and freeze it

put it in a food processor with a splash of almond milk

process until you get the consistency of soft-serve

@little_kg_ it's literally impossible for that to be real weight gain. it's prob water or just food in your digestive system. eating 1000cals means you will def lose at least 0.5kg/wk. literal toddlers won't gain weight on 1000/day. it's okay, I promise.

okay so if I average a 1000cal deficit per day I'll be completely on track to hit all my goal weights by the time I want to hit them. that's totally doable. feeling p motivated rn.
