The AHIMA Board of Directors decided it was in the best interests of the organization and the profession to withdraw AHIMAโs intellectual property lawsuit against the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM).

AHIMA has postponed the requirement for members to obtain 40% of their CEUs from AHIMA resources and/or Component State Associations. The requirement will be postponed until AHIMA is confident their system's technical issues are resolved.
