@mercari_app tried calling your customer service number for days and get automated responses and hung up on EVERY time. Your "support" is a joke. I just got scammed on a big ticket sale and you won't even answer the phone.

@mercari_app you just overturned a sale of a brand new factory sealed item. Buyer claims damaged in shipping and you're allowing a return and send me a email stating item received not as described. I've tried calling customer service phone number for days and get hung up on.
