Quebec could do it: "The Gouvernement du Québec has ordered the closure of all daycare services from Monday, March 16, through Friday, March 27. Measures have been implemented to continue to offer emergency daycare services for children of HealthCare essential personnel."

Very, very disappointed. BC declares public health emergency, closes the schools indefinitely, but chooses to keep childcares open. That is a conflicting message. Undervalues the youngest and those that care for them.
