@BenBikmanPhD Went on Reta for 3 weeks at low dose (2 ml) once per week. Heart rate went up a bit (resting pulse of 70 to 73) w/in about 8 days I dropped almost 11 pounds. Hard to believe but that’s what scale showed. Then something unexpected… my resting pulse dropped to 67 now lean @ 10% BF
