但我们越来越相信，真正的竞争力，往往藏在那些用户甚至不会特别注意到的细节里。

按钮是否更顺手。

流程是否更顺畅。

响应是否更及时。

这些细节累积起来，就是用户每天都能感受到的体验。

会议结束时，我们在白板上写下了下半年最重要的一句话：
