@bjornostberg Instead of trying to make them know all your pain points, make sure they are aware of the most important problem right now, the one that is preventing you from moving towards the goal you share. If it catches their interest and willingness to help - continue with the next problem

@JustAnotherPM Worth every minute practicing how to capture an audience and deliver the message within the, often times, short time you’re given. Good advice, add making it a habit to verify that your message is getting across and is understood - or you end with a tiny message without value
@PatThePM It's an analogy that allows for significant interpretation, and it is often the aspect of being the "boss" that people find difficult to grasp, rather than the lateral thinking and accountability involved.
