@JamesMMiller2@CrazyFenaker@reddlikeroses Nope, its just about one post, that if it gets enough traction early on, it will grow way faster, compared to the left wing one, and because you said that assuming 80% is correct where the exponential difference would be way more visible, growth of accounts is less random tho
@JamesMMiller2@CrazyFenaker@reddlikeroses I realise now that i wasnt clear, i do absolutely think the moderation, and elon specifically do everything to make the platform more right wing, what i dont think is happening are omnipresent bots, and algo that has a preference for right wing content
@JamesMMiller2@CrazyFenaker@reddlikeroses If we want to say all right wing content has elon sponsored bots that will boost engagement, then sure i dont have anything to disprove that, just speculation of my own, i just dont think they would do something so easly seen, since they can just tell the algo to serve right wing
@JamesMMiller2@CrazyFenaker@reddlikeroses Yeah, he 100% bots/boosts his own posts, and some of his biggest glazers (dodge account and some other i forgot) that being said, most political discourse ie post that come out of some noname account/semi large political page seem to be boosted about the same/ little to the right
@JamesMMiller2@CrazyFenaker@reddlikeroses For the record i do think twitter is boosting extremist takes, and right seems to get a larget boost, but left/far left still get regular 200k likes posts almost everyday
@JamesMMiller2@CrazyFenaker@reddlikeroses I dont have proof, i dont even agree that 80% are conservative, but if you say "assuming 80% is correct" you have to take into consideration, that retweets are exponential, if everyone who sees a tweet retweets it and there are 4 times more conservatives WAY more cons will see it
@Vilixuz@headfallsoff Im just about as pro nuclear as you can get, but at this point i lost all hope, you will never win enough acceptance for nuclear to get a project through without nimby. Just let the greens sniff glue and build solar its most of the way there in terms of cleanness
@_michaelginn @laplacesdust @francoisfleuret i feel like c++ is one of the only languages that you kinda need some lectures on to truly understand, you dont just get stuck and need move semantics, or cache locality. And to start you really should learn about stack vs heap, null pointers etc its kinda required knowledge
@boubakerretour@UndrwrldAssn@Dexerto But is it a lot in comparassion? Pre-change according to this tweet they would get 100% of the storage costs, after the change they will only incur 99,4% (the 1% got halved). So its only natural to assume that its a complete lie and wouldnt be worth the pr loss
@haavardamadeus@zarathustra5150@growing_daniel Its crazy just how fast things changed after trump assasinatuon attempt, the right has just gone insane, at a time when left kinda chilled out
@JimRohn862 @mustafa_kh4n Nice, thanks for the reccomendation, but islp is python oriented, and andrew ng has a general math approach, is there any way to get into it with c++? (Not that i cant do python, id just rather continue learning c++)
