Ok before people overreact and start shopping for new travel ball teams ask your self did I do everything to make my self look productive to college coaches with whatever time I was given. Did I play to the best of my abilities every game. It’s ok to self reflect
Recruits live period takeaways:
Post entry passing.
Pull up 3's in transition.
Pass up a good shot for a great shot.
If you ask for the ball make a play.
Energy and Effort can't be coached.
Body language says everything.
Until next time......

For 90 percent of kids AAU is a complete was of time. The 10 percent that make it worth it are the ones who play as HARD as they can, regardless of what other folks are doing. Only you can control that. Playing hard is a muscle that needs to be flexed every time u play
Tips for prospects during the live period this weekend:
Note: This is what coaches talk about, look for, and discuss behind closed doors.
1. Lean into what you do best.
When you focus on your strengths, you create your strongest work and produce.
2. Be competitive.
If you can be consistent with your effort and energy, your hustle plays will be noticed. Your desire to win will also be noticed.
3. Stay coachable.
Keep your attention on your coaches and stick to the game plan. A teachable spirit and team-first mindset elevates your talent.
4. Show positive body language during negative plays. Your body language introduces you before you introduce yourself
5. Be unselfish.
Take a charge. Move the ball. Make the assist. Block out.
6. Don’t listen to the nonsense!

Don’t travel - stay local - no need to be doing any overnight trips until you are an upperclassman in HS & serious about playing in college & even there - make those trips only a few times a summer.
