What the DOTS trial of Staph bacteremia tells us:
• Dalbavancin d1 and d8 vs daily IVs for WEEKS
• No left-sided IE/CNS/prosthetics
• Dalba not superior by DOOR endpoint, but similar clinical outcomes.
