A fraudster called me pretending to be from @EcobankGhanaPLC mentioned my account details, balance and email, info that should be confidential. Reported it over two weeks ago and still no update from the bank. This is a serious security lapse. Ecobank must do better.
A certain former big club has been unsuccessfully attempting to do this for the past 3 years.
I will not mention any names but if the shoes fits, bite.
This thread is extremely concerning…. especially given that when I interviewed Professor Stephen Hawking shortly before he died, he said the biggest threat to mankind was if AI ever learned to self-design.
Galamsey has damaged rivers so badly that the Ghana National Fire Service in Bono said it had to buy water from elsewhere to fight fires because the Tano River could no longer be relied on. Read that again. We are destroying water to mine gold, then buying water to fight fire and we still have energy for party defence? Ei Bibinii
Some of us genuinely do not know what a functioning country should feel like. That is why basic service impresses us. If you have spent your whole life in darkness, one candle can look like development.
Sarkodie and Stonebwoy have shown me that Ghanaians actually know how to hold people accountable.
Give us two musicians and suddenly nobody is tired. We will pull old interviews, compare statements, remember dates, question motives, demand apologies, defend principles and refuse to let anybody dodge the issue.
So the problem has never been that we don’t know how to apply pressure. The problem is what we choose to apply it to.
Because while we are demanding consistency from Sarkodie and Stonebwoy, there are people we elected who have contradicted themselves for years, abandoned promises, supervised failed projects and watched basic problems remain basic problems.
Yet somehow they get less pressure from us than musicians arguing online. That should embarrass all of us.
This is a national disgrace. In this day and time, our hospitals are still struggling with basic electricity and backup systems. Who is accountable for this? And how many more lives must be lost before our leaders take healthcare infrastructure seriously?
It's been almost 48 hours and these lot are still sour. This defeat enter them pass, they actually felt that for the first time in years they stood a chance to win a game against us. See you at the Bridge later. Swine
I can confirm that we have repatriated Barosky and he is safely back with us in Ghana.
As part of our consular mandate, the Foreign Ministry fully sponsored his repatriation to Ghana last night. We are also providing psychosocial support and a reintegration financial assistance.
We are most grateful to our fellow citizens, particularly Nana Romeo, for bringing Barosky’s heart-wrenching plight in Manchester to our attention.
I commend our High Commission in the UK for their impressive coordination.
We strive to leave no Ghanaian behind.
For God and Country 🇬🇭 🙏🏾
No team in the EPL has suffered injustice more than Arsenal, they told us toughen up when we complained. But we have Chelsea fans whining over normal football plays when they did worse
I need the Arsenal players to treat them like punching bags next time. They can cry blood
These are women you should be emulating.
Working hard, building a solid brand, and influencing positively.
Not those konko heads depending on men for three square meal.
It’s 1am and a newly posted teacher is in my DM telling me the village he’s been sent to in Sekyere Afram Plains has no electricity, no proper classrooms, no potable water and not even a basic toilet.
Sometimes you read these things and genuinely wonder what kind of country we have accepted as normal. Ghana is 69 years old!
Lmaoooo when will this nonsensical chatter stop. "They've played together for 8 years ". Arteta hasn't been here for 8 years also if you check our team from 2023 just 3 years ago , only 5 (Saka, White, Gabriel, Saliba and Odegaard) are still at the club.
