The biggest memecoins I’ve ever held was ApuPepe, and looking back, it honestly changed how I see community-driven projects. I didn’t buy into $APU because of influencers or hype alone. What pulled me in was how active and committed the community felt every single day. Even when the market slowed down, people still showed up, pushed content, shared memes, and kept the ecosystem alive.

That consistency made the project feel bigger than just another random meme token on Ethereum. The culture around Apu Pepe kept growing naturally through the community itself. No forced energy, just holders who genuinely believed in what they were part of. Watching that kind of conviction during both green and red days taught me that strong communities are usually the backbone of every memecoin that survives long term.

It also changed how I approach crypto generally. I stopped chasing only quick pumps and started paying more attention to communities with resilience, identity, and long-term energy. That’s one reason I connect so much with House Kami on @purintaxyz today. The tribe reminds me a lot of those early resilient communities that kept building quietly before people finally started noticing them.
