Iran Negotiations are a delaying tactic to build military options against the U.S. and Israel. Trump's desperate efforts to negotiate with Iran has a been a colossal failure. Trump needs to take immediate decisive military options and stop falling for Iranian delaying tactics.

It is clear that Trump does not want to bomb Iran, and is looking for a way out. Trump is caught between realistic options and desirable options, so he is doing nothing. At some point, Trump will have to conclude that trusting Iran is not a realistic option, so we wait ...

The only condition that Trump should accept from Iran is an unconditional surrender. Leaving the IRGC in power would be a disaster for Iran and for the world.
Repeating the past is not a solution. Trump should demand, and only accept a complete unconditional surrender.

Trump's blockade should continue until Iran agrees to a total surrender. As long as IRGC controls Iran, peace will never be possible. The blockade is working. Lifting blockade solves nothing , and is kicking the can down the road. History has shown IRGC can not be trusted.

Trump needs to send B-52s over Iranian oil fields. Trump needs to destroy Iran's ability to sell oil. Otherwise, Russia will trade nuclear bomb technology to Iran in exchange for Iranian oil. Iran can not be trusted with Iranian oil money. Get Iran out of the oil business.

Trump needs to blow up Kharg Island. Russia wants and needs Iranian oil, and Russia will trade nuclear technology to build a bomb to Iran in exchange for Iranian oil. If Iran can't sell Russia oil, than Iran can't get bomb technology from Russia. Blow up Kharg Island now.

Today history is repeating itself. Georgia is in extreme drought. This is a natural disaster. Banks are afraid to loan farms money. Like 1980s, thousands of lives, and hundreds of Ga towns are going to be impoverished, While State and Federal Gov, again, do nothing to help.

In 1980's, Georgia had droughts. Initially, Georgia loaned money to farmers. When the drought continued, Georgia foreclosed on thousands of farms, and left towns in complete poverty. Never has a natural disaster been so badly mismanaged, and destroyed so many lives and towns.
