Hey all! I am hiring again! I have another open position for a remote software engineer. You have to be *located in Tanzania*.

- Compensation: ~$400+ per week (Based on experience)
Intensity - High (probably not so fun)
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Start date: ASAP
- Education: No requirements. In fact, its better if you are self taught.

Non negotiable requirements:
0. Self direction (autonomous): A+
1. JavaScript & TypeScript : A+
2. React + React Native: A+
3. Python: B or higher
4. Database Experience (PostgresSQL, MySQL, firebase does not count): C or higher
5. Rust: C- or higher (about a month or 2 of practice)
6. Willing to work across timezones (night and morning time short calls)

Nice to have:
0. Be kind
1. Functional Programming experience
2. Self directed - Not waiting for instructions for everything, its okay to make a wrong decision sometimes instead of waiting for confirmation.
3. A laptop with 16+GB of RAM minimum. If you have 8GB, we can arrange for an increase. I shouldn't have to say this but it seems everyone only has 8GB of RAM.
4. Experience with another programming language (No Java, PHP or C++)

Group “Genuine” took on the difficult task of predicting #economic #stability and status for a child once they reach 18 years. They used data generation techniques and machine learning for the predictions. Helpful solution for parents or organizations!

We’re getting to try out the solution from Group Bayesian, which can be used to detect if someone is wearing a mask in real time. Interesting solution for mask-mandated areas! 😷
