@Thanhh_o7 @adit_irlan @unicoer @GenshinUniverse In theory, Sucrose is better, but in practice, unless you've fully optimized rotation for sucrose and gotten everything down, escoffier is not that far behind or even sometimes equal.

@Thanhh_o7 @adit_irlan @unicoer @GenshinUniverse You're not taking in to account vv's uptime, her em buffs' short time uptime, and the 48% atk being every other rotation. Sucrose's rotations are also generally harder to master as opposed to escoffier only needing to press her skill.
