@Lethamyr_RL People play 2s because they get to chase the ball more than 3s and ignore their mistakes more than 1s. You might as well just be coming out and asking the RL community to collectively chase less...
@CTownEnjoyer He had pictures FROM BAM that had sets in it that they had not admitted to having. So either they are completely incompetent or they are maliciously hiding facts. A YouTuber with limited pictures found more of their stock than the people with physical access to said stock.
@TheLegalMindset@ImKingGinger I don't think I have seen anyone mention this yet. If Bryan wins any sort of case against BAM, it virtually invalidates the untruthfulness portion of a defamation lawsuit against Ben. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if Ben's accusations are found true, their defamation suit is toast
@TheVedaCain@babyblasphemy@SamuelJayMedia@corperlink@Marcheeeeen@qtcinderella Assuming it is transformed (which would be decided in court), by definition it can't LEGALLY be DMCA'd, though that doesn't mean it won't be DMCA'd. My original response was to address the fact that, often, youtube for instance will just reflexively take stuff down when asked.
@corperlink@Marcheeeeen@qtcinderella Not necessarily. If it's transformative, she'll have an uphill battle. Some platforms are more "safe than sorry" when it comes to take-downs, but if it goes to court, proving not transformative is a high bar.
@JordanR960@Lethamyr_RL You may or may not have heard, they are introducing Easy Anti-cheat soon. It's certainly not a 100% fix, but I do, personally believe it will help a ton. Someone who is really dedicated can almost certainly get around it, but it will eliminate the casual bot users...probably

@FrancisChartra3@thevivafrei Viva has like 3 or 4 dogs, a couple of which are disabled rescues. He's very much a dog person. Not gunna day this looks good or anything, but he clearly gave him a pretty low velocity kick and it was with the side of the toe, not straight on, so as to not actually hurt the dog.
@cybrtrkguy@michaelnicollsx@Starlink I own a mini and they offer two different options for service (technically 3 if you count the $5 standby) the lower tier is $20 and has 100gb at 300mpbs and drops to low speed after. Second plan i believe is unlimited and the same speed for $85.
@nina_leone11@DeeBee827@Breaking911 And I'm sure she was not buying processed food with food stamps before. Getting away from processed foods is good, but as the saying goes, "beggars can't be choosers." Do you want her kids to be healthy until they starve, or be fed?
@SA1NTSATAN@TheQuartering Charlie had a lot of empathy for people. Empathy doesn't mean accepting something that someone does that is harmful; it means accepting the person. Charlie accepted the people, it's the other side that condemned him for not accepting their actions. Hope this helps.
@RpsAgainstTrump Apparently the left just doesn't understand humor through exaggeration anymore. Hear the laughter after he says it? That means people aren't taking that statement seriously. It's okay, keep trying, you'll get humor one day. I'm rooting for ya!
@funkytown470275 @Bambi_B00@ScottAdamsSays 2 There are a lot of mischaracterizations of Charlie's words, and that's the problem. He was a very loving person, of EVERYONE and many clips exist of him expressing love for a gay/trans person or poc, and just encouraging that they love themselves for more than their identity.
@funkytown470275 @Bambi_B00@ScottAdamsSays 1 Bambi was talking about rape babies. Whether it was his daughter or not, Charlie didn't believe murdering the baby was morally right. Even if it was conceived from evil, it's not the baby's fault. Also, I don't think he said he'd "force" her, but either way, context matters.
@kentuckygrl@RepThomasMassie@JamesOKeefeIII@JudiciaryGOP He contacted the FBI about it and offered to it to them when he had it. FBI declined because they didn't want to take the case. They wanted to suppress ut, so they needed a reason to take it without relating it to the original crime/s. That's where the redacted "reason" comes in.
