#ChatControl, dopo la bocciatura di marzo e la sua scadenza ad aprile, il Parlamento Europeo si appresta a votare giovedì 9 luglio il suo tentativo di resurrezione, lo farà con una procedura d’urgenza in modo da limitare fortemente il dibattito.

Se Chat Control venisse approvato nella sua forma più invasiva, il meccanismo principale sarebbe la client-side scanning. In pratica, sul tuo dispositivo verrebbe eseguito un controllo automatico di messaggi, foto e video prima che vengano eventualmente criptati.

Per le immagini si utilizzerebbero hash percettuali, in grado di riconoscere contenuti simili anche dopo piccole modifiche.

Di fatto, si introduce un modulo di ispezione privilegiato sul client agendo in buona parte come uno spyware.

Il rischio più significativo è la naturale evoluzione: una volta creata l’infrastruttura tecnica, è semplice ampliare i criteri di rilevamento.

L’articolo 15 della Costituzione italiana stabilisce che «la libertà e la segretezza della corrispondenza e di ogni altra forma di comunicazione sono inviolabili» e qualsiasi limitazione può avvenire soltanto per atto motivato dell’autorità giudiziaria, con le garanzie stabilite dalla legge.

Segnate i nomi e i partiti degli italiani che voteranno questo scempio, meglio ricordarsi chi non bisogna votare.

La Corte di Giustizia dell'Unione europea ha stabilito che condividere i contenuti di Russia Today o di qualsiasi altra emittente russa oggetto di sanzioni, indipendentemente dalla natura del contenuto, è un reato. Detta in altri termini, nella liberissima e democraticissima UE, un privato cittadino che pubblica sul proprio sito web un video di RT dedicato all'allevamento degli storioni...
