I mostly day trade SPX. I post about long term outlooks and play the side that favors my outlook the strongest.
I don't sell anything here and never will.
These McDonald's "squishmallows" are filled with regular stuffing. They are like counterfeit squishmallows. Definitely a disappointment.
Does everything about soccer have to be fake and gay?
@TheGamblesACE@AuthorityApe Exactly. GME is a well recognized brand already. If I had the option to take stuff to a gamestop store and get it listed online and sold I would for sure sell more stuff online. eBay doesn't own a patent on online auctions/rummage sales
@heyitspixel69 I really hope this means we move on to a M&A that doesn't require more dilution
I still don't understand why GME can't just start their own online auctions? why is eBay a prize?
@Han_Akamatsu I'm voting no. I still haven't seen a return on all the other dilutions plus eBay has rejected the deal so what is the point in approving so much more dilution? So RC can drive the price down $5 a share and if we ever see $25 again it will be equal to our ATH marketcap?
@heyitspixel69 This M&A is such a long shot. I would rather see us expand PC gaming or get involved with streaming. We already could just do auctions. why do we need eBay? they didn't invent rummage sales
@larryvc Why not $NEGG and/or $Roku?
We could get both without a dilution and expand PC gaming while adding streaming and potentially bringing gaming to ROKU
@MartinShkreli "Ryan is pledging the entire market cap of GME (~10b). That brings us to 39b total."
This is a huge error. The market cap is a pool of funds that can't be used this way. GME can get to 29b in cash and will have to dilute the rest. I'm not a fan of dilution but its possible
@yancey_drew@ReesePolitics not like you think. the settlement would be pinned to whatever the offer price was for GME. So if they offered $35 and RC said yes the price would lock to $35.
So even if shorts have to close it will all close at the price
@ButtFarm69 nah. eBay went up because of the offer. if it falls trough they can easily go back down the pre-M&A offer price. We have seen this before. The only reason eBay isn't pinned at 125 right now is because there is doubts over if this deal could happen
@MichaelJBurry__ ROKU is interesting. I wounder it there would be a way to incorporate gaming into the ROKU.
eBay just doesn't strike me as a "never been done before deal"
GME is already buying and reselling peoples stuff. eBay is just an online rummage sale.
