Somaliland has opened its new Representative Office in Taipei, expanding its diplomatic presence in Taiwan. The inauguration ceremony was led by Somaliland Ambassador Mohamoud Adem Jama Galaal and Taiwan Deputy Foreign Minister François Chihchung Wu, with diplomats, government officials, business leaders, academics and international media in attendance.

One of the most beautiful moments during #Somaliland’s May 18 National Day celebrations in Hargeisa was the appearance of beloved content creator Mohamed Ordaaye as he moved through the packed crowds in the capital, drawing huge excitement and cheers from the public.

Ordaaye, who gained international attention after the official @acmilan account featured his famous moves in their videos, joined Somalilanders at the heart of today’s celebrations, proudly sharing in the joy and spirit of this historic national occasion with his usual energy and spontaneity.
