@EtihadAirways @EtihadHelp i dont feel flying comfortable from JFK to DEL via ABU as you are using banned airspace. I talked to customer agents thrice and I want to either be shifted to a different partner airline or I want refund without any cancellation fee

@apurvjohari @EtihadHelp I have the same problem. I don't want to fly from JFK to DEL via ABU. They seem to be using conflicted airspace and I am not comfortable with this route. They don't seem to be paying any heed. This is very disappointing customer service from Etihad.
