@OptimumHelp WiFi has been out for 3 days already.... I’m in the middle of finals week! 4 different representatives told me different times frames. I just need an honest answer. Earliest date of fix is next week on 5/20?!?!?!

If the safety of your passengers are your highest priority. @EtihadAirways should heed to #FAA intelligence reports to NOT fly over Iran/Iraq airspace. Etihad, you’re risking people’s lives!! The missile that shot down #Flight752 and killed 176 is not a joke.

Etihad is currently one of the few airlines left that are still operating over Iranian Airspace. Flight 101 from AUH to JFK flies directly over Iran.

@EtihadAirways @EtihadHelp My flight 101 from AUH to JFK flys directly over Iran airspace. All other airlines are rerouting. Why is Etihad Airlines not taking any precautions?? I do not want my plane to be the second Flight 752.... what is your “robust contingency plan?”
