@flipkartsupport There is no staying in touch happened till now. The order was out for delivery on the 1st day&when I tried to contact delivery agent,it was someone else’s no.Yesterday and day before, I got message asking if I really want the order or want to cancel it😂 @CimGOI @DoC_GoI

Oh really!! I made multiple calls to your customer care all these days and they were saying that refund has been initiated. And it is only after your reply, I actually got a refund initiation email. You are fooling people @AkasaAir @JM_Scindia

@AkasaAir never been to such worst services provided by any airlines https://t.co/sOR9TO5zJc trip was supposed to happen on July 1&the flight got cancelled 30min before departure.Akasa did not provide an alternative flight and told us that we may travel on the next day flight.

We were forced to make arrangement of our journey by our own. Akasa staff did not help us with rebooking. All the passengers were forced to rebook tickets on other airlines at a very higher pricing.
