The claim is inaccurate. The US has not announced withdrawal of bases from Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, UAE or other Gulf states. Iraq's exit by Sept 30 follows a 2024 deal. Syria forces left in April. CENTCOM's commander recently told partners the US will not pull out despite Iran war damage to some bases. The video is generic older troop footage, not proof of any such decision.
