When we look up & see our grown up child, we remember:

The tiny newborn.
The sweet toddler.
The adventurous child
The challenging teenager.
The confident adult
The doting parent

We will love these grandparent memories as long as we live

Most of what we hear today,
tells us we are wrong
and we need to buy some product to correct it

Happiness and peace are the best medicine.
Stress, fear and worry are far more damaging than any delicious food or drink

It’s a waste of time trying to reverse the aging process. We need to change our mindset to see the beauty in ourselves each day.

To take a couple of small steps forward when circumstances seem impossible

When I need someone with expertise to do a job, I don’t need to supervise them. Just tell them what I’m looking for and let them do it.

We are all can allow ourselves to be aware of the emotions that are around us, however we sometimes need to tell folks when we need space or a break to
Consider decisions

Don’t skimp!!
Use the good dishes, the good sheets, and “good” clothes
They don’t have value it I don’t use them
And
It makes me happy

To respect folks & treat them with respect
Goes along with the saying “you get more with honey than with vinegar”

- helping out where require
