Huge congratulations to my amazing son on his graduation π§βπ yesterday at the University of Liverpool A very proud moment as he graduated with Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering. Massive thank you to all staff involved in organising the graduation ceremony
@damien_page Absolutely right Damien, and may I add βWhenβ an idea is enacted and executed is also crucially important. Timing of ideas/events matters!
Something big is happening in the UK nursing community this November! The @NNCAUK annual Global Health Conference will bring together top leaders in healthcare. Mark your calendar and reserve your spot. See you there!

@damien_page Not until organisations leadership learn to factor in Return on Investment on all activities & quantify all activities on the scale of pounds, shilling and pence, human & capital resources wastage on routinised activities may still an issue for a very long time in organisations
@damien_page @_BNUni A very massive congratulations to Professor Damien Page for this laudable achievement and looking forward to working with you and your team. Congratulations Damien and the very best of luck π₯ π π₯³
@damien_page This type of carefully orchestrated mind engineering meetings unfortunately still exist in todayβs organisation where some leaders have engineered strategies with few cronies to enshrine ideas that stifle creativity, alternative voices received different types of labelling
@julessanders2 @CalvinMoorley Itβs the βrepetitiveβ bureaucracy and sometimes non-essential checks (I fear this might open a slippery slope argument!) experienced on a daily basis within organisation in the same sector (HEIs) that need a rethink of their processes, itβs completely UNNECESSARY and out of touch
@damien_page Damien to buttress your assertion further, there are plethora of evidence in the literature suggesting that 80% of diarised meetings in organisations are waste of time and resources! #organisationalperformance
