@zomatocare Is this how you handle customers after charging them so much? Whenever I face an issue and raise a genuine complaint, I keep getting the same generic response no refund or further action. I received poor-quality food, shared photos as proof, and still got no resolution.

@zomato Really disappointed with my order from American Dhaba. The order was delivered almost 1 hour late, the rotis were stale, and the Matar Paneer had barely 2 pieces of paneer in the entire portion. The gravy was mostly onion-tomato and the taste was extremely bland
