Absolutely outrageous.A candidate who did not even qualify the prelims is shown as having appeared in the Mains examination.This is not a minor error,it is a breach of the examination process and a direct assault on merit and fairness. How many such irregularities are there.

Why does merit from one region keep shrinking to double digits?
Kashmir is not your scapegoat. Kashmir deserves fair representation not engineered outcomes. This disparity is alarming and the silence of our leaders makes it even more disturbing.
