What is the process for unfreezing a frozen India Post Payments Bank account, what is the fee, and where can it be unfrozen? The Jaura (476221) post office has asked for ₹350 in cash to unfreeze the account. Does it really cost ₹350?

मैने पैसों की तंगी की वजह से बैंक खाते से पैसे निकाल लिए तो बैंक वालों ने नेगेटिव चार्ज लगा लगा कर 900 रुपये जब काट लिए जब मैने 2000 रूपये खाते में डाले फिर कोई सुनवाई भी नही की !

@centralbank_in Sir, I request you that this service charge has been deducted more than ₹ 900. Which is unbearable for me either I should be given 50 c/o discount or all service charges should be waived off so that I can use the account again regularly
