@SebastianDevs @thsottiaux You're not necessarily wrong. Before the last reset, I used about 20% in 2 days and it was barely nudging. After the reset, without changing anything in usage pattern and just continuing the exact same work, I'm down to 30% and it's only been.. 24 hours?

@thsottiaux Definitely no limit. If I have something urgent to finish now I want to take responsibility for blowing my credits and having to pay extra. I assumed the 5h limit is a system load issue, if you can do away with it on your end then we can deal without it on ours!

@CowShannon @ssj2dan @LastEpoch The announcement was made at 10am Wilmington, where EHG is HQd. The majority of their team is located in Europe however. I was being generous. There's an overwhelming amount of commenters who seem to agree.

That being said, there's nothing to do except take the L so: moving on.

I understand banning me permanently (even though that is dubious at best), but the automated case closure and charge is ridiculous. And your "customer service" better already be made up 100% of chatgpt bots, because I wouldn't wanna be on the paying end of that service! 9/10
