@dr_abela Travel to international meeting for 2 = $6k. Travel over $5k requires ADM signature, & DG “doesn’t want to go to his boss for just $1k”. Result: DG always travelled by himself and had all the networking opportunities.

@mmdaviesostrom For fashion too. Grunge was really just practicality of wearing old T-shirts and ripped jeans instead of buying new clothes. (Not fashion-ripped, wore-the-knees-out ripped). And funky patches. And fabric inserts into sides of cut-off jeans to make shorts.
