You noticed I didn't respond(by giving price)directly to the question, "How much are the drawings for that house?" That's because it isn't a question anyone can answer accurately. Why?

1. You don't even know how many bedrooms the house has.

2. You don't know whether it's a single-family home or multiple apartments. Why do you think it has two entrance doors and two sets of steps side by side?

3. You don't know if it will even fit on your land. You've simply assumed that having a plot is enough.

A better question would be "Architect, I like the house you posted. Can you design something similar as a 4-bedroom home on my 450sqm plot?"

Now we're talking.

The cost of architectural drawings depends on the project brief. A 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, and 5-bedroom project won't cost the same. In fact, even two 3-bedroom houses can have completely different requirements, sizes, levels of complexity, and design expectations, so they may be priced differently.

The more details you provide, the more accurate the advice and quotation you'll receive.
