@Mrpossidez@don4rhyme This question reminds me of the tomato debate. It all comes down to defining 'wet.' If 'wet' means covered in liquid, water fits. But water itself isn't wet. Wetness emerges when it touches something dry. So, water is only wet in relation to other substances. That's my take.

@TundeTASH It was when I visited the genocide camp in Rwanda. ..It was both a beautiful and sad experience at the same time. Despite the heart breaking premise of the genocide and the lives lost ,the monuments inspired hope in humanity.
