Hari tu dpt kes Isolated Posterior MI. Aku almost missed that MI. ECG left sided normal, tp severe typical chest pain EP aku mntk buat right sided and posterior. Turns out mmg ade ST elevation at V7, V8, V9. Ni gmbr ECG left sided dan posterior.
