The Indian Defence Service of Engineers (IDSE) Association strongly condemns the unfortunate incident of mishandling and assault of an Engineer on official duty in Himachal Pradesh.
On behalf of all IDSE officers across the country, we express deep concern over the growing incidents of threats and violence against engineers while performing their duties. Such actions not only demoralize hardworking professionals but also hamper the progress of national infrastructure development.
We stand in full solidarity with NHAI engineers in seeking justice for the affected officer and demand strict action against the culprits. It is imperative that adequate safety and protection be ensured for all engineers, especially those working in challenging field conditions. Jai Hind.
@AssociationIdse The IDSE fraternity strongly condemns the brutal murder of Shri S.N. Mishra, IDSE CWE, at his residence within the secure premises of the Air Force Station. We urge the authorities to conduct a thorough investigation and ensure that justice is delivered to the grieving family.
@AssociationIdse The loss of Sh S.N.Mishra,IDSE is a profound tragedy and it is imperative that authorities respond with the urgency and seriousness this situation demands.Immediate action is required to reinforce the safety of all civilians within our defense establishments.

@iessaurabh@AssociationIdse@myyogiaditynath Really sad. Usually, Civilians are allocated low security areas for their Md Accn. Authorities may have their own logic; but, loosing a defence personnel due to low security, even if he is a civilian, would defame the Defence Establishment.
Deeply disheartening to hear such news about a brother officer. IDCMS Officers’ Association conveys its condolences to the family of the officer and expects a quick probe in the matter from the concerned authorities.
