@Bosco4sky0233@itzchristunique She's still get choice that's why. My elder brother paid 700k to secure a job at oil company, he didn't get the job in the end but was refunded part of it .
If the job is certain she will get it , then it's a fair deal.
@Ugochukwu96_ Maybe that was before. I have Igbo friends, and their families practices Islamic religion.
Infact I know one that got married to a Muslim lady, so that he can become a CEO in the inlaw company.
@instablog9ja You read what he said " you realize that there's an emptiness that only God can fill"
He didn't mention church or pastor . In other words u can find God anywhere, anytime, it's not only in the church.
@CrossRiverVine I don't understand why Nigeria force usually use big guns on something as little as this . Looking at this one could think they went to confront armed robbers .
Granddaughter shares the before-and-after transformation of her 76-year-old grandmother after leaving Nigeria, and the striking change has left many questioning the quality of life in Nigeria.
@instablog9ja The is the bitter truth Nigerians don't want to accept.
Peter obi will do his Best but the system itself will truncate every of his fault. Nigeria system is very bad .
@Adedeji_A001@iyiowofavour For what reasons??
This country sucks ๐. Everyday u have to deal with lot of abnormalities that the likes of you have normalize
So the teens in church are trying to raise โฆ30k for our pastorโs birthday, and their pastor told them to contribute whatever amount they could.
My 12year-old brother confidently said he would give โฆ2,000. Then his crush, a 13year-old girl, said she would contribute โฆ3,000.
Tell me why this boy immediately changed his own contribution to โฆ3,500? ๐ญ๐๐๐
After service, he came to meet me and said, โPlease borrow me โฆ1,500.โ ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
Love is not smiling at any age because what exactly is this competition? ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
You can disagree with government policies, that is perfectly fine, that is democracy. People are frustrated, things are hard, and no one should pretend otherwise. But we also need to be honest with ourselves. Nigeria did not get to this point overnight. Many of the problems we complain about today have been building up for years, poor decisions, delayed reforms, weak systems, overdependence on oil, and a habit of avoiding hard choices.
The truth is, there is never a โgood timeโ to fix deep problems. Tough decisions will always come with discomfort. We can debate whether the approach is right or wrong, and government should absolutely be held accountable, but expecting decades of problems to disappear in a short time is not realistic. Nobody enjoys hardship, but sometimes the real question is whether the country is finally trying to deal with the root of the problem instead of just managing symptoms. Time will tell, but we owe ourselves honest conversations, not just anger.
