She’s argentinian, it’d be cool if people says her nationality as they do with other argentinians in a derogatory and xenophobic way
Oh wait this is not helping to their xenophobic campaign
Prime Ronaldo lost a Champions League final to Messi.
Prime Neymar lost the Copa America to Messi
Prime Mbappe lost the World Cup to Messi
THIS IS HOW TO COMPLETE FOOTBALL! 🐐🤝
What the bird in the video is doing is called gaping. As a chick, this is the standard thing they do to get fed. They just open their mouth and the parent(s) drop food in them. When they become fledgelings, their parents start training them on how to pick up food. But because they're still naive, they open their mouth at the food, thinking it will just find its way into their mouths.
The parent(s) would continue to guide it and show it how to pick up its food by itself and it will learn with time.
Some of us behave like this fledgeling. We wait for opportunities, thinking what's meant for us would eventually come to us. What we don't know is that opportunities have to be pursued and grabbed. Nobody will hand the good things of life to you. You have to stretch your hand, strive and grab!
Life gives us worms (opportunities, knowledge, resources) but we must learn to seize them ourselves. Waiting with open mouth may work in the nest, but not in the wide world.
Leo Messi sat in front of 20,000 people at the American business forum as they replayed the three international finals he lost with Argentina and show when he won the World Cup . Then the entire arena rose to its feet and chanted: “MESSI! MESSI! MESSI!” 🥹🇦🇷🏆
“It took three global giants coming together to make the Leo Messi deal happen: Apple, Adidas, and the entire MLS. That’s what it took to bring him to America.”
— David Beckham
EndSARS gave me a glimpse of what would happen if we ever had a brute revolution. In my area, people in power didn't feel it at all. Those who mattered enough were escorted by soldiers. They only had to show up at one or two rallies, donate some money, and buy water for people. They were immediately seen as "those that are with the masses," even though all their previous actions said otherwise.
It was we, the semi-poor and the middle class, who were most affected.
In the deeper part of Ìbàdàn, a few faction of neighbour "protests" were led the area boys and the ẹ̀gbọ́n àdúgbòs. They didn't allow anyone to pass through the checkpoints they mounted on the first day. By the second day, they started demanding money before you could pass. They set up music and generators for daily entertainment. There were about seven checkpoints within a 20km stretch.
We went from protesting against police brutality and extortion to suffering area boys' brutality and extortion. There were things I needed that I simply couldn't get. Shop owners closed up out of fear of looting, and some never reopened even after the protests ended.
What stayed with me most is how quickly the language of the struggle got borrowed by people who had nothing to do with the struggle itself. The politicians borrowed it for photo opportunities. The area boys borrowed it for extortion. The people who actually wanted change, the ones without soldiers or checkpoints to hide behind, were left holding a movement that had been picked clean by everyone standing closer to power than they were. I learnt first hand that revolution can be hijacked long before it ever reaches the people it was meant to serve.
Messi scored the exact same 253 goals between 2011-2014 while playing significantly deeper, creating way more chances, completing way more dribbles, and providing way more assists 🤯.
Messi had the highest dribbles at the world cup in 2026, at the age of 39. A world cup that had Lamine, Mbappe, Dembele, Vini, Olise, name them all...Messi outshined them all at 39.
If I say make you post, you go enter 2008😂😂😂
"Barca Messi"😂😂😂😂😂
Lamine Yamal is literally saying he completed football at the age of 19 on his TikTok page and that's one thing Messi never did early in his career. Maybe if he had, we wouldn't have people comparing him to Ronaldo.
It’s crazy to think Lionel Messi has more non-penalty goals throughout his career than Cristiano Ronaldo... in 166 fewer games 🤯🔥
Two phenomenal athletes, but the Argentine takes this one 😮💨
