‘UX Portfolio Design’ is now available as an ebook and in print with a hard or soft cover. Researching this book took years. I hope you find it useful.

You know what today has taught me?
That “inclusion & diversity” doesn’t mean a goddamn thing when it comes to people with neurological/physical disabilities.
The lack of awareness or understanding is exactly WHY films like “I Swear” are so important.
It’s an embarrassment.
@KimJohnsonMP I understand the upset, but it was an involuntary Tourette’s tic. Editing it out would imply shame and distort the reality of disability. Add context and an apology—but don’t treat a disabled person’s symptom as misconduct. Do better, Kim.
@zarahsultana Your take is confused. 1. BAFTA were responsible for the awards, not the BBC. 2. It was an involuntary Tourette’s tic. Editing it out would imply shame and distort the reality of disability. Add context and an apology—but don’t treat a disabled person’s symptom as misconduct.
@DawnButlerBrent@BBC@michaelb4jordan@authenticdelroy I understand the upset, but it was an involuntary Tourette’s tic. Editing it out would imply shame and distort the reality of disability. Request a statement of context and an apology—but don’t treat a disabled person’s symptom as misconduct and demand a broadcaster hide it.
@HannahEBeachler I’m sorry you had an upsetting experience. If the word came from an involuntary tic, it wasn’t “directed” at anyone. Given the disability context, people will react differently — which is how I read the wording of the apology.
@CPhilpOfficial No, Philp, the nationalities crossing the Channel are not 24 times more likely to wind up in prison than average.

@NetworkRailBHM If the passenger assistance desk is closed, having somebody on the gate is the least you can do. Or are disabled people not allowed to travel before 9am on a Sunday?
@RoyalMailHelp You haven't delivered any post to my area of Tooting since last week. I await a tracked item you have failed to prioritise. Get your act together!
@saj_anderson@SThomasKT You lost the argument, so now you resort to tone policing. Nice. For clarity, I would not have looked for payment. I would have been going out of my way to do you a favour. Hopefully, you can get a nice young person to do the same.
