Given Daikin’s continued negligence, we will now be filing a case in the consumer court and sending the unit to an ISI-certified lab for testing. Customers deserve better accountability and service. @DaikinIndia@consumercourtin@jagograhakjago
Despite repeated follow-ups, we are still awaiting a replacement from the Daikin team. It’s extremely disappointing that a brand of this stature has completely stopped responding to our queries.

Despite repeated technician visits , the problems persist. What should have been a reliable product has become a source of repeated failure & disappointment.

We trusted @DaikinIndia after a good experience with 2 ACs earlier. Based on that trust, we purchased 1 more unit last year (bill enclosed) & 2 this year. But the AC bought in 2024 turned out to be defective—water leakage, gas leakage, & a badly damaged inner coil.

We are now considering testing the damaged coil through BIS to verify its quality & are prepared to approach the Consumer Court to seek redressal for the losses, poor service & inconvenience.
