Thank you for your reply. I have contacted network homes for months regarding the leak. The ceiling fall down twice in a matter weeks. Network homes are fully aware of the danger. They go for the cheapest quote possible in order for rent/service not to go up

An electrician came and advised me the the ceiling could come down at any time. The only thing he could do to make it safe was to take out the kitchen light.
The ceiling has now come down and injured myself and my partner

Still waiting, someone came a few hours ago but couldn’t do anything until an electrician comes to the property. Advised me not to go into the kitchen as it is unsafe
