@TheresaArueyin1 The anointing of God upon a man is for the most times for the people not the carrier. They too have too have faith enough and not be sentimental to be heal
A very good percentage of 'cute' couples' content highlights how the woman must be feared and men doing humiliating things.
Some are genuinely entertaining, but we're clearly being reprogrammed by these contents against God's order.
Have you noticed that when you truly love someone, you find joy in doing things for them? Even when it requires great sacrifice, it doesnโt feel like a burden because youโre consumed by your love for them. You delight in spending time with them and being of service to them. Youโre constantly thinking of how you can love them better.
The beauty of love is that it makes you willingly give up your own will and desires for the one you love. Love is such a compelling force that obedience becomes a delight rather than a duty.
This is how our walk with God should be. The more we grow in our love for Him, the easier it becomes to do His will. The easier it becomes to obey Him. Even the cost that comes with following Him becomes something weโre willing to embrace because of how much we love Him.
Prayer becomes more enjoyable. Bible study becomes a lifestyle rather than an obligation. Even the things you once struggled with begin to lose their grip on you naturally because your heart has found a greater affection.
No wonder Jesus could give up His life for us despite the unimaginable cost. No wonder He endured the suffering of the cross. He was consumed by love for His Father and for us.
In the same way, we too should be consumed with love for Him. When love becomes the foundation of our relationship with God, obedience becomes our greatest joy.
Self-awareness is such a precious virtue.
To be conscious of your own frailties and shortcomings in a way that keeps you working hard on your improvement instead of ridiculing other frail mortals is such a "powerful gift"
@MasterMaliq Yes the water analogy miss the point. As a Christian, I told people not to use the water analogy. However they are 3 distinct persons of the Godhead. The Father, The word(Son) and the Holy Spirit
