They’ve changed the description of Angioedema causes as:
Mast-cell induced
Bradykinin induced

Was previously called histamine-induced but many other mediators are released from mast cells.
Another interesting concept: subcutaneous immunotherapy produces a better blood responses c/w with tolerance and sublingual produces better mucosal responses #AAISO Could they be combined in refractory cases? Never tried it myself…
