Success!! The green beacon of hope in the top left corner of our plate shows that our BASIC assembly on the Opentrons specified by our SOAP Lab-generated script works, completing our proof of concept ☺️☘️
The low transformation efficiency may stand out to you, but our manual assembly of the same plasmids yielded even lower quality results! Automation is doing something right.
