Really disappointed with Flipkart. I raised a return request but no one came for pickup. Without even attempting pickup, they rejected my request saying it failed quality check at doorstep. How is that even possible? This feels like a scam. Customers deserve better. @Flipkart

Ordered an Apple Watch strap (42mm) from @Flipkart but received a 45mm one — not compatible with my device at all.

Contacted customer support and was told there’s no return option, even though the wrong product was delivered. That makes no sense.

Visited Mojo Pizza via the @Eatclub_ app for lunch. Ordered 3 thalis, and the app showed ₹476, but the outlet refused app dining. Ordered directly & paid ₹679. Staff said no discounts for direct orders & demanded immediate payment. Disappointed with the service & transparency.
